• Residents have to produce certificate confirming their status
• Registration fee of accompanying person as spouse is NRs 2500 for Nepalese, IRs 2000 for Indian National and USD 50 for others at any time.
• Accompanying person are entitled for all the benefit of Congress except for Registration kit and entry to scientific session.
•Accompanying person above 10 years of age has to register.
Registration fees include:-
(1) Breakfast, lunch, dinner coupon.
(2) Banquet dinner.
(3) Complementry local tour, sight seeing and cultural programme.
(4) Entry to spouse and kid programme (for accompanying person).
(5) Registration kit.
(6) Entry to scientific session* and trade exhibit.
*Accompanying person will not have entry to scientific session.
